It seemed like too much work for me, not because I was lazy or didn't want it to look stock, just because a rocker was so much easier and it doesn't look bad at all

 

I'll see if Autozone still let me look in the box to see if the bulb if sealed. Also I will try to get dimension on the bulb to see if it would fit for the conversion. If not I'll break down and get factory housing and mounts.

 

They use an H3 bulb and there is very little clearance in order to put HID in there. The fog lights are slightly smaller than the cutouts. It has the universal mounting so I will mount to the upper part of the housing. I hope within the week I can get them in. I did order the factory fog button. I just nee to get the integration box. There is an electronics shop here in town. I 'll see if they have it. Although I will admit now I may not go through the firewall initially.

 

ok i know how to make the fog lights come on with parking lights and stay on with high beams i have an 05 supercharged ss and all i did was take off the cover on the driver side of the dash i found the trigger wire from the fog light switch witch is the color purple and then the dark brown with white tracer from the head light switch witch is parking lights and put a jumper between them and now the fogs come on automaticly with the lights !!
