yea i have 20% on my earnhardt edition i believe when i purchased it with 5500 miles on it in 2007 it had the windows already tinted so i left them tinted due to the fact it isnt cheap to have that done. it currently only have 7000 miles on it.

 

Only half mine are tinted lol been needing to get it done, darker colors can get away with darker windows cuz it dosnt stand out as much & wish my car only had 7k miles lol

 

yea my son has his backs tinted at 5% but he doesn't like it because its the purpleish tint and he says it looks bad.

yea mine only gets brought out on nice sunny days.

I've got 18% window tint on mine. VHT Nite-Shades spray tint works very well for tinting light lenses. You can basically make them any darkness you want depending on how many coats you apply.

 

is that 35% all the way around?


And i am going to probably pick up a can of the night shades this weekend and do my tail lights and the clear backup lights.

 

yeah that's 35% all around, it's nice because it doesn't make it hard to see, i'm going with 10% soon tho. here's my nightshade job on my tails.

looks good man i am gonna try and get the 35% for him and tint his tail lights like that. where did you get your team monte carlo decal?

 

is that smoke or black tint? i forgot to ask that. also what do you think a light smoke 35% on front with a 5% black back tint would look like or should i just go smoke all the way around or black all the way around?

 

it's smoke but about 4 layers

if anything i would do like 20% or 10% in back and then 35% up front, it will keep the interior darker and make the fronts look darker while still keeping the visibility of 35%
