so my son is thinking about getting his front side windows tinted on his 2001 monte carlo ss. he is wanting 35% light smoke, he is also wanting to tint the rear tail lights.

Does anybody have any pictures of their windows tinted with 35%?
Whats the easiest way to tint the tail lights?

Paint is the easiest way to tint the tails.

Or a cover.

 

where can you get a nice transparent black paint? we don't really want to get the covers because of the fact that dirt can get up in them.

On my earnhardt we have the the windows tinted 20% all the way around to hide our signatures on the dash and since we barely drive it to keep anything from fading or cracking on the inside.

He just recently got his dash signed by dale jr at chicago so he wants to protect it.

 

VHT nightshades u can get it at most auto parts stores if u use it deff clear over it,

 

i have covers. covers are easier so to speak but they cost alot more. VHT night shades looks great if done correctly! 35% tint is pretty light IMO.. ihave 15% and i want darker..

 

yea i know 35% is really light but in iowa where we live its illegal by alot. law here is must allow 70% flow light on front.
