just another idea, but if you want some silver down there, you could always paint the grill itself black (or leave it blue) and paint some expanded metal silver and put it behind the grill as kind-of a "background". I know i've seen it on a monte, but i'll have to try and find some pictures....

Yeah thats an idea but the real reason i wanna paint down there is that whole lower area is chipped up bad & i cant repaint the car till next winter so im lookin to hide it for now & make it look a lil different at the same time

Leave it blue...

Too much silver will distract and black won't coordinate with anything else on the vehicle.
