If you never had a spoiler, then you just have to drill holes and screw it on (if it comes painted)

Typically they give you a paper template that you line up and tape on, then drill.

My wife's '03 has the surfboard spoiler. When we brought the car it was sitting under a tree. From washing it there's a ton of tree junk under the spoiler. My idea is remove, wash, and reinstall. However there are 4 rubber bushings under the bolts, one of which is worn out. Does anyone know the p/n and where to get them?

They are spoiler crush washers, any dealership should be able to get you what you need.

I got the pace spoiler on mine. Came stock. I love the look, makes my Monte stand out a bit. Not a big fan of the surfboard, and I hate the 6th gen Monte without the spoiler. It just looks boring.
