I noticed this today when I got home from work!



A huge gash - break in the bumper, there's also one similar gouge down below plus a crack running straight up the seam and there's some half moon scratches (about 5 on the passenger side of the cover).

It just happened today, I know it because I saw it clear as day and that's never been there before.

I'm figuring it happened in the parking lot at work (I pull in, don't back in) and so I'm wondering did someone behind me back into me or what could have done that damage??!?

I've been planning on replacing the bumper anyways because it had a few cracks near the dead center (from probably the previous owner backing into something) and there's remnants of old decals on the bumper too where the paint under it didn't fade. BUT DAMN! Someone is really persuading me to replace it quickly!


Maybe I need to find a beater just to take to work. Remember my truck when they smashed my mirror?

 

Man that sucks, ikn alot of ppl dont pay attention when they back up outta parking spots

That sucks! I notice new dents and scrapes everytime I wash mine. So irritating that other people cannot just respect others property

 

Man Mike you just can't seem to catch a break...At least it wasn't a cement truck that hit you........get her all fix and polished up again, to nice to let her suffer for to long.

 

Sadly `Mike , it's the price one seem to have to pay to have a nice ride 2day...There seems to be more drivers out there that drive their junk cars like bumper cars I believe they should be removed from planet `Earth

Does your work parking area have security camera's..If so ?, I would check with Security to see `if they can pinpoint the violator...

Wish you good luck on repairs, and hopefully finding the person that caused the damage...(Call the MCF for bail $)

Sad part is, who ever did it may be completely oblivious they did it

 

Yeah some people are just clueless. I seen a car get hooked with another car and pull it out of a parking space sideways and then drive off. The driver didnt even know it. Good luck getting it fixed
