I bought it from him awhile ago but he couldn't remove it so he refunded me! I STILL want it tho! xD

Haha that sucks. Did he try denatured alcohol and a blow dryer?

If it's truly for a 2005, it would fit your car. But they might have the year wrong if they are thinking the 06+ refresh.

These all have been discontinued for a while now, some pop up here and there, but they are very hard to find.
