i want these soooo badly i saw them today while googeling halos for the 7gen montes

Those look sick, to me it looks like someone took apart a set of aftermarket headlights and replaced the halos with red ccfl rings. Something like this:
Angel Eye Halo CCFL 72mm HALOGEN COLOR rings
Probably custom.... probably illegal also having red lights in your headlights :/

Those are `Sick, but I think they are custom ?
I'd make sure they are legal b-4 I installed, unless they are used for show only ?
