Replaced the SLP Bow Tie with GM SS on Grill
So I moved back in April, love the new house, and I knew when we bought it there would be a lot of projects, but I have kind of neglected the cars. I think the Monte has been washed 3 times since the move, and I used to wash at least three times a month, maybe more.
The Bow Tie that came with my SLP Grill has been looking pretty tired since winter (about a year old) and I wanted to put a SS there and finally got around to it today.
Here is the before, it even looks worse in person, turning orange and chipped.
Here is the during (came off very easy, I was concerned since we put it on the grill about 24 hours after painting)
And the finished product.
I know its not much, but I got her washed and vacuumed, and now new emblem, if only I had time to give her a good waxing... one step at a time, now back to the house and tearing off the old deck.
