Haha this IS my car right now too. Blacked out backup lenses and window tint makes it a bit of a challenge to see in the dark. I've got used to it though, doesn't bother me that much.

I'd say take fine sandpaper and sand the Niteshade off or down to where it's basically about to show the clear lens. Then use rubbing compound to go further and buff out the rest of the Niteshade and fine sandpaper scratches. The only thing that might be difficult is getting the Niteshade out of the letters/numbers at the bottom of the lens face. If you don't want to go through all that I'm sure you could get a spare pair from someone here. Then sell your tinted pair because most likely someone wants to go to tinted lenses.

I just had to strip a bad tint job from mine and all I used was plain ol' gas and a rag. I saw a vid of it on youtube and supprised it really worked. It too me 4-5 mins a lens
