Default Plastidip touch up

About half a year ago now I plastidipped my wheels black and the other day I had to dismount a tire to repair a puncture and the tire machine peeled a little bit off on the lip of the wheel. And I also noticed another part starting to peel. If I were to just spray over the peeled areas would it blend well and look decent? And on the part that is peeling but hasn't come off yet should I peel it off before I respray or just spray over it?

My opinion is get any loose dip removed then try and touch it up. If it don't look good peel it all off and redo it. That's the wonderful thing about plastidip!
