You're talking about the stand up one right?? Its easy, kinda the same for both spoilers, just on set of holes are different. Measure where the screws are in your spoiler, then look undre your trunk lid and find the "cutouts" by measureing under the lid. Find the same measurment from your spoiler screws to the measurement from under the lid and that should be where oyu drill.
Or you can put the spoiler on top of your trunk lid and make the marks with the screws in the spoiler.

If you want I can take a pic of where I think one set of the holes need to go.

There is for screws in your spoiler right??

no my spoiler only has two. the reason i wanted to know where the placement is is cause i wanted to know how far back to push the spoiler back cause i wanted to make sure that the bottom part of the spoiler is pressed up against the back tightly

Im pretty sure this is what you need. But you need to do the final decision cause I dont wanna be resposible if by chance this is wrong, but im 99.7% sure this is correct>> Good luck

there are 2 pics I added to my album if you want to check 'em out. The inner bolts are 30 " from each other and the outer are 37.5" from each other.
i bought mine off of ebay so i don't know if they are the same as OEM.

Yeah, Im thinking they're different cause he says he only has 2 screws in his spoiler. And for some reason I remember hearing on here, that two of the holes are the same on both spoilers.
But just so I get what youre saying, you had to drill through the double layered part of the trunk lid??

yeah, i did drill a big hole through the double layer. once i marked the where the holes would be on the top side i drilled pilot holes first.
The (inner) holes marked blue on wht02' look to be about the same position as on mine. The outer are about 1inch down and four inches out.
I highly recomend drilling pilot holes from the top use a 1/8 drill bit and drill all the way through straight down in order to drill through the 2nd layer at the second leyer you'll need to open up the hole to about 1/2 inch so you can get the bolt head.
