Tell us about `it, and post some pictures if you have them.
Below is from a Nissan site, and it has a great write `up,
but check back on this thread to see what some of our expert
painter's will post.
Also use the MCF Search Engine.
There are several posts on this subject.
Good Luck & we look 4ward to your future contributions.

that link space posted does give a nice quick finish, but if you REALLY want the cover to look good, check out this link:

http://www.grandprixforums.net/paint_plastic.php

it's for a very very show quality cover.

someone posted a link maybe a couple days/a week ago to (i think) that same forum, the thread was about photos of people's engine covers that were painted. i looked through all 10 or so pages drooling the whole time. some of them look absolutely in-freakin-credible. i also learned there that they make decals to put over the "3800 series II supercharged" raised lettering (who knew?) in any color you want.

on the same thought process - where to buy an engine cover? anyone? i can't find them anywhere besides the dealership (bah humbug) and my original one got broken and i want to get a new one.

I should have mentioned that after you do the painting you go to www.reflectiveconcepts.com and get overlays to make it look really sharp :P

I'm not positive if this is the same one, or will fit but here's a link from a reputable seller

buy 2 they're cheap :P

I'm thinking of getting a 2nd one that I would use for shows only, so it stays clean.
