If you have no spoiler right now, you can buy the ebay ones since you will need to drill the holes to put it on. I just don't think they all come with the template for the holes, so you should ask about that.

I've seen those on eBay and I am a bit suspicious. Chibi proved that style spoiler has one shape and bolt pattern for '00-'05 and a different (slightly deeper) shape and completely different bolt pattern for '06-'07.

I would like to get the '06-'07 style some day to replace my "surf board" spoiler on my '04 (as it's a direct swap, the bolt patterns are the same).

thats where i got mine, came painted, no template but its the easiest thing in the world to make your own out of cardboard.

Thats the one I was looking at! Whats all needed to slap it on there?

you drill i think 4 holes in the trunk lid and just screw it on from the under side. it was pretty easy, took about a half hour and it was painted well also

For those of us wanting to switch from the surf board spoiler to the pace car style/stand up, it would help knowing the bolt pattern. The '06-'07 version uses the same bolt pattern as the surf board spoiler (makes for a nice/easy swap, Chibi proved that one).
