Question Monte SS OEM Ground Effects removal

Has anybody removed the OEM ground effects from a 2006 Monte SS? I see they are rivited on. Want to know the difficulty in removal. Want to replace with Extreme Dimensions Race Kit. Thanks.

That Beretta looks awesome. It's funny though how people find things that they don't like about cars. There's always something I guess. Personally, I'd like that Beretta better with an L67 swap...hint, hint

The ground effects look great on the Monte. I'm wondering about the exhaust outlets though. It doesn't look like there's much clearance for the tail pipes. Are the ground effects fiberglass or plastic? If plastic hopefully the skirt won't warp from the heat.

the exhaust tips are 3" in diameter and they fit absolutely perfectly through the holes in the rear extension. It fits like they were cut specifically for 3" tips. And yes its actually a duraflex fiberglass that can bend to a certain extent. I was going to do a 20" rim upgrade but decided, instead of dumping that amount of money on them I would rather restore and customize the stock rims which turned out very well.

Very nice!

Are the side skirts a little darker than the rest, or is that a photo illusion?
