You guys are welcome! ~

Cowl hoods are generally a little cheaper. With the ram air hood I was pricing it around the price of our other ws6 style hoods and skimming a little off for a group buy.

Our cowl hoods are generally hollow on the underside, similar to this:

Just to give an example.

We do have a cowl hood for the Thunderbird, which does have screens in the back of the scoop...but I can't promise on this option until I talk with our production guy to see if it would be a possible option on this hood as well.
You can view that here:

I understand Canadian shipping much too well ~ Take care of our freight here for our customers and we ship into Canada quite often actually.

I unfortunately cannot have something done by time you come through, sorry.

We are extremely swamped out in the back - our guys are working 6 days with OT a week - and one of our guys is having some major surgery here in the next week or two. We had to stop taking custom installs because of that last reason, we don't want to get too far over our heads with projects and push the customers who have been waiting the normal production time of 5 weeks further back on their orders. Wouldn't want to screw someone out of making a race they planned on attending because we had to push them back several weeks - wouldn't be too happy with us.

Because of this, we wouldn't be able to take it until at the Mid summer - maybe end of June/July, at the earliest - should I get the go ahead.

This being said, I can tell you that we get some really good discounts with the carriers we use to ship - most being at 65-75% off the regular prices of freight. Can run a quick estimate if you'd like to send me your postal code, just to give you a ballpark of what you'll be looking at. ~

I know the taxes and duties do fluctuate, but also know that if you self clear, you're also saving the brokerage fees which can be pretty pricey. Basically paying for them to stand in line and fill out some paperwork, so it's more of a convenience then necessity.
