Well, I finally got the new headlights installed last night. Took me a bit longer than expected. I received the weatherstripping yesterday and cut/installed it on the headlights. I'm very happy with this weatherstrip, as it's the same material (EPDM rubber) as the factory seals and it looks and seals the top of the headlight very nice. Also had to switch over the low and high beam bulbs from the factory headlights and then adjust the beam aim, so I needed it to be fairly dark for that. Beam aim as they came was way off.
The Stealth bulbs are a touch less bright than the normal bulbs, but they do the job and throw enough light. Actually the side indicators make the whole clear side reflector glow orange. So far, light output doesn't seem to be any less bright with the black bezel. If it is, it's very minimal and not easily noticeable. Obviously with one new and one stock headlight installed at the same time, the stock looked brighter because of the chrome bezel reflecting light.
It was dark by the time I finished but here's some pics with the lights on after install. I'll take some daytime pics when I get time.
And some pics I took this morning.
Close-up of the 23/64" wide D profile EPDM weatherstrip I went with. I would highly recommend this style weatherstrip to anyone else with new headlights or needing to replace old, worn out weatherstrip. Works great and stands a bit taller so it actually fills the gap better than what was used on the stock headlights. Link to this weatherstrip is in previous post.

That Looks Like it could very well be a Factory Instahlation/Special Order Option
In Fact... I wouldnt be surprised if you were able to put a patton on it?

Thank you guys, I appreciate the feedback! After two months of working on these, waiting on parts, and being gone half the time, it feels good to finally have this finished!
