Default Minor paint repair near chicago!

Whats up guys, currently im debating on buying all the tools to repair the small cracks and scratched on my monte. Not looking to put the mc in the shop and be without it and get mad if they don't do it right.... SMH! It has happen before! So is there someone who paint cars near the chicago area? If so, How much because I am working off a tight budget!!!

I painted my bumper using spray cans and did a DIY for it too if u decide to go that route, also i know a shop kinda on the Southside of chicago that paints good for cheap they worked on my mustang and turned out pretty amazing for how cheap they charge, but u do have to haggle the price first
Heres my DIY if u go this route, also where u at in Chicago im but the Harlem Irving plaza

I know when I changed my oil last week, I seen the side skirt screws bent out of shape from people jacking my car up wrong. So I am wondering how can that be repaired or just to leave it alone? Sorry, photo of that is not available!
