ha, those lights you were saying you got made fun of for, ive been searching and searching for the pic of those (guess you were the one with them) but yeah, me and my wife were just talking yesterday about those cause im looking into getting a setup like that. glad you brought it up.

Dude if you like them don't get rid of the hood just because other people are crapping on them. It's your car, not their car, so they don't like them they don't have to live with them you do. Not my thing either but it's not my car! One more time... if you like them KEEP THE HOOD!

 

How easy is it to pull the pins and open the hood, while your car is locked and you are in a parking lot?

I don't think this is something I would want on my daily driven car if someone decided to be a jerk.

 

well no, i still have the one hooked up that you have to pull under the dash. i just dont have the safty latch on there.
im starting to lean towards keeping them, i still dont know yet.

 

okay, yeah ive decided i do like them. but youre never gonna belive this. well me, my wife, and my son went to a state park the yessterday and you know how i just wrote about me liking the color of my car because ive never seen it before. well i saw a 6th gen monte with the same color but is was an SS, and you know what else? He had hood pins in almost the same exact place. and by fkn god wouldnt you belive it... he had the same rims, i think they might have been 16's though. the only difference was that this guy had the cleanest car ive ever seen. kinka wierd if you ask me?
