Default installing HID fog lights in 03 ls

So i installed some after market fogs in my car bout half a year ago and they have been great till about last week one of my bulbs went out so i changed it and it just went out again so i changed it for the final time i think water might be getting to the bulb but w.e. So since i already have the fog light harness i was planning on just useing that and getting factory fog light housing and some after market hids but i only have a positive and negative wire for each fog i was woundering how could i hook up the hid bulb and balist to the aftermarket fog light harness any help would be great.
