have 8000ks in the fogs, 6000k will give you the most light output. stay 35w for the fogs. i would leave your high beams alone, HIDs take time to warm up so I could see that posing a problem

thanks agreed. but i want them all to match. should i just put in xenon bulbs for the high beams?

you could look for some sylvania silverstar ultras, that will probably be your best bet

Yep! I run Silverstar Ultras for highs and lows. Eventually I'm going to swap my fogs out with Silverstars as well. They're pure white, whereas stock bulbs have a slight amber tint to them.

where did you guys mount your ballasts for the fog light hids? i want to make sure theyre secure.

i mounted mine just behind the head light. next to the ballasts for the my lows. works well in that spot.

do any of you run your fog lights all the time at night and have a melting lens or bumber problem

I run mine all the time at night with 35 watt ddmtuning 6000k hids and no melting after about 6 months? maybe longer than that.

I run my all the time at night & most of the time during the day & have zero issues
