What is a good HID conversion kit or brand of kit for an 03 SS? Or does it really even matter what brand i get. Ive looked at the Notto SE kit in the link below. Anyone had any experience with this particular one or have one that they prefer?

DDM is pretty good, ive got cheap ebay ones on my car work great had em for a year

I have a Xentec kit from ebay and it has worked flawlessly for over a year. My buddy has had the same kit for 2 to 3 years with no problem.
