Has anyone seen a 1979 monte chop top?

Default Has anyone seen a 1979 monte chop top?

Im thinking about chopping the top to my 79 monte but I have no reference, Im thinking something with just a few inches. ~ Houston, TX.

I've never seen one, but I would like 2...I tried to photoshop one, but don't have the talent to do it right ....I hope maybe someone reading this might try `it to see what it may look like ?

my uncle has 2 79's and plans to chop one. i think itll look sweet! ill keep my eyes open on the web for any stories abut it!

That looks like a LOT of work. Will the end result be worth the hours of effort?

Impressive! Although seeing the Monte Carlo in that example makes me feel so depressed about how mine looks right now. I will see it as an accomplishment if I can get mine to look at least half as good as that one.
