someone with a dale jr edition made a joke about getting personalized plates that just said "8".
that way they could argue that the plate cover on theirs was the plate. lol

 

this city is the only city in the state that i've ever seen where the cops stand outside the car and pull people over by hand. as i was trying to pull out after he stopped me, he pulled over another girl (no seatbelt) and just as i was pulling into the street he got someone else at the same time. he musta been freakin busy. i'll just be careful to stay away from that area again.

 

What you can is if he walks out in front you and waves his hands, run him over. Then say later that you thought he was trying to carjack you and steel Tony.

I actually made that joke a while back. But afterwards, I actually looked into getting that plate. The powers that be told me that I can't have a licence plate with only one numberon it. There has to be a minimum number of characters on a plate. Why? Who knows. Sometimes I think they make rules just for the sake of making rules.

In IL you can have just 1 number but they are all taken.

 

I got pulled over a few weeks ago for not having my front plate. I wouldnt mind having my front plate on but Wyoming plates are UGLY!

 

Wow $85 is a pretty good hit for not having the front plate on. I live in CT and 2 plates have been issued by DMV since the 80's. I've never been hassled or have had a front plate on any of my vehicles ever. The State Police and local yokels have been running lots of DUI and checkpoint stops for reg, insurance, emissions, license, seatbelts, no cell phones etc....but haven't said boo about front plates. I guess they can always start.
