Door/Window Trim

Actually, I am going through the same problem with my MC... I know gmpartsdirect.com has the door and window trim assembly for about $100 I believe. They do not sell the exact part you need seperate from the assembly. I am wondering how to replace it myself.

You might be getting water in the car because of the bad weaterstripping and not the door trim. I would change that weatherstripping since it looks bad on the top near the B pillar.
As far as the door trim, I'm thinking you have to get that bar at the edge of the door off as well as the mirror and then look for tabs that hold them in. I've never done this before so it's just a guess but it may or may not work.

Replacing
My car had that issue with the top trim piece when I bought it and I was getting water in the door. I bought it at gmpartsdirect. However, as I understand there are screws and rivets and such holding it on and as someone said you have to take the mirror off as well as the door panel to get at it. I paid a body shop $100 to install mine. looks good, although i still get water in my door when it rains hard and sometimes at car washes.
