Default Deuce Engine bay project starts

Started a project on the Deuce. Will take all winter. Engine and Engine bay is part of the mods I have planned. Here are a few pics. I am stalled untill the heater I ordered for the garage comes.

Here is what I started with (just a painted engine cover (boring)

Under the engine cover (Ugly)

Rough up the Coils with a little scrub pad (Dry of course) to get the shine off

Where I went with this is: Red coils, gold coil brackets and krinkle black valve covers - Let me tell you under the valve covers was spotless. I was suprised for a 5 year old car not to have any sign of dirt or sludge. Mobel 1 pays off!

This is just the start. I have have a LOT more to do yet.

Great touch on the coils and their mounting bracket! Really keeps your red/gold theme going!

Frankly they where out of my budget and the main reason I was not sure my coils and rack would fit on them (Coils are expensive to replace 80 some bucks a peace)

I have a lot more mods I want to do so weighing cost versus how much they do for the car.
