LISA THE MATERIAL I USE IS A MARINE VINYL COMMONLY USED FOR BOAT INTERIORS. I'VE NEVER TAKEN A FLAME TO IT BUT A SOLDER GUN GOES RIGHT THRU WITHOUT ANY RESISTANCE. iF SOMEONE WANTS CARPET i'LL GRAB A PIECE OF CARPET FROM THE AUTO PARTS OR WALMART. MY CONCERN WITH THE MATERIALS IN THE TRUNK HAVE BEEN MORE TO RETARDING MOISTURE, I USE A PRESSED WAFER BOARD FOR THE BACK PANEL AND THE INSIGNIAS ARE FORMED FROM PVC PANELS. THE PANELS IF PAINTED ARE DONE USING FUSION ALTHO MY WIFES SHOP WILL USE SIGN PAINTERS PAINT FOR GRAPHICS.....

I also want to hand paint a mural on the pad under my hood. It just sucks having stripes because at meets people have their hood and trunk open but then my stripes aren't visible, so maybe after I get this stuff done I can just take pics of under hood/in trunk and put on a storyboard. Need to make one of those too. So hard to keep engine compartment nice when it is my daily driver, ugghhh. I am looking for a long stem silk black rose for my back speaker shelf. It should show up nicely on the tan.

the head light covers are GTS covers..these are the euro style which are normally black in the shaded areas...a small bottle of transparent red air brush paint and removal of the GTS logo (sticker) made them my own..had run with eye lids but really love this look much better.....GTS offers these as well as smoke or blackout.. they are clip on removable but it does require the headlights to be pulled so theft isn't a concern of mine.

I saw them last year and was interested in them. I saw rear ones too but now I have the custom tail lights but would love these for the front. I looked on ebay and couldn't find this style anymore. I always thought they were the vinyl. So you did red over smoke?

I have googled. I want that style with the untinted circles. All they show are the solid ones. I should have gotten them last year when I had the chance.......or outbid you on the ones you bought on ebay if I caught them, lol!
