Well I have thought of the brake dust, my pads dont give off too much anyway and the stuff that it does give off comes off if I just blow on it(like when I clean the rims) and I clean the whole car EVERYDAY!! That is no joke, no exageration, no sht!! I hand wash everyday and wax the car every week. Waxing the head/taillights everyday, along with shining the tires everyday, and the wheel well. So adding another small thing to clean will not be any big deal. I like my car clean and shining all the time. There has been times Ive went to the carwash (when I felt lazy) and spent 10bucks a few hours before it rained. So trust me, they will stay as white as the day I paint them.

I was concerned about heat when I painted my calipers, so I asked my mechanic what kind of paint I needed an he said "don't worry about it, it is not enough heat to do any damage to the paint" so I spent $3 on a small can of Tremclad and it looks fine...he was right.

White would look really sweet, but you'd have to keep it clean. G2 is definitely the stuff to get though.

i wouldnt go with white tho, you will have to wash the calipers after every use pretty much. if you do go with white. do a nice clear coat as i've found that it reduces the amount of dust that does stick to the brakes.
