Default Caliper Covers

Hey guys I came across this product for our calipers. They look pretty sick. There actual Caliper Covers that hook over your calipers. I like them and they have them in silver ...but the thing I dont like is that they cost about $190 for them. Their from MGP and they have the Chevy Bowtie on them.

Check 'em out

If the price was alot lower I would consider buying them to spice the look up a bit, but such a steep price for a bit of what seems like plastic. A great amount of reviews is on its way of changing my opinion.

Great find. Kinda sucks that, according to the website they will work on 17 inch and larger rims - 2000-2003 never offered 17 stock rims. Oh well

Well, you can take them off lol there not permanent. Take them off during winter with stock rims then put them back on when summer hits

They look nice, but they completely loose my interest with that price tag! WOW! I also have to agree with Amy, it's kinda of interesting they make a product that costs that much and does not work with stock option wheels.
My personal opinion says paint is the best option. But, having the bowtie is a cool aspect!

I suppose a decal could go there, I'm just not sure how well it would hold up (I have not seen anyone do that before, but there is always a first for anything).

I painted mine, and got some $5 decals offa ebay to see how they worked...they have lasted quite a few years through NY Winters and Summers...the paint is starting to chip, but the decals held up pretty well.

The covers are cool, but I agree a bit pricey...mine can use a repaint, but I think I may wait it out and just save for Baer system, or just powder coat my stock ones.
