Is there anyone that can tell if the bumper extension from a Monte Carlo SS are compatible with a Monte Carlo LS

 

Sounds like you are talking about the High Sport Package (which is a different set of ground fx). If that is the case and you are talking about a '00-'05 Monte, the answer is, yes, those ground fx will fit. From what I understand, a car that did not come with them will require cutting slots into the existing bumper cover for them.

Not all SS models have the HS package. The front and rear bumpers on the on the '00-'05 Montes are all the same cover (it's the HS package that makes it look different).

 

Yes it will fit. As stated above, you will have to drill slots tho, not that hard. Did it to my car when I bought a used high sport kit. Here is a link that should be very helpful. Its a guide, I followed it step by step to do my car.

The GFX lnk was greatly helpful, but my last question is where can i purchase the GFX kit, because I am purchasing used Ground Effects from a Salvage Yard? So do I just need to try to find the self stick vinyl template along with the ground effects?
