Default Black Housing Clear Corner Headlights

I've been hoping to come across something exactly like this; 06+ factory style black housing headlights with the clear side markers. I just ordered a pair and will be the guinea pig for the Forum. I was going to go with the black housing that has the regular amber side marker but, after coming across these, I prefer these. Still not sure how I'm going to like the look of the black housing on the car but I can't wait to get them and see how they look on the car in the spring!

I did notice that the SS wasn't listed in the applications section but the Impala SS is. That said, I don't see why these wouldn't fit the Monte Carlo SS. Doesn't make sense that GM would manufacture two different headlights for the LS/LT and SS in the first place so why would these be any different? The factory headlights are interchangeable between the Impala and Monte Carlo. GM did that for a reason; to save money. Worth taking a shot, guess I'll find out.

Are you sure they are actually clear corners? Because DOT regulations say they NEED to have amber and a lot of company are using black and white photos to lie to people.

Honestly I can't tell you for sure. Seller says they are as pictured, however there's no text specifying that they have the clear corner lens. I was going off of the picture, which I know is stupid. Again, I guess I'll see when it comes.
