Default Best Way To do a 4 hi mod

how does one do a 4 hi mod for the headlights and not ruin the wiring harness

Silly name. It should be called 2-high 2-low, as there are never "4-hi-beams" on at any time...Basically, the lights are rewired so the low-beams stay on when the high-beams are on. There are conversion kits available and there are how-to videos on YouTube.

This is just what I heard it as first when I had a truck so that's how I know it with 4 bulbs on at the same time

My 2006 does this. Both lows and highs stay on. But I bought it like that.
