so ive been thinking about cutting out the grilles on my 2000 monte and replacing it with aluminum wire mesh. Im gonna make a template out of cardboard and then make one out of wood. My only problem is that i have to buy 12 sq. ft. so i wanna know before i buy it if anyone would be interested in purchasing something like this from me.

Lol i used gutter covering from emnards and sip tied it on and painted it silver. Makes a huge difference so the metal mesh should look great.

ya that stuff at autozone would work, but i wanna buy it in bulk, i mean for twice the price i can get enough material to make 10 grill inserts. sell for $20 a piece or something.
