Hello I am new to this site. I just bought a 2003 Monte Carlo. Before I bought it I noticed that the high beams were way off to the right. I asked the guy I bought it from if he would align them and he said yes. I went to pick it up and he told me he couldn't find the horizontal screw and said you probably can't adjust them. It that true? That really bugs me. If I buy new bulbs will that fix the problem? Thanks
