3rd Brake Light Mounted on Top of Rear Window - Audi A7
I saw this coming home from work today and thought it was really cool, LED brake light on the top of the rear window on this Audi A7.
I believe some late model Oldsmobile Auroras had it mounted like that too. Would look nice on the monte no plans to do this, maybe an idea for someone?!

I saw one of those the other day too. I agree it looks pretty cool. But as Lou said you wouldn't be able to mount this on the inside. You'd have to custom fab something up to fit on the outside right by the window trim. It could look sweet if done right
hmm i really like that.. i wonder how hard it would be to do that...
edit: that light will turn into the DRL leds that audi came out with.. and everyone will do them on their hondas . then in a year everybody will say its a ricer mod

This is exactly that I was thinking!

This is a 49" light bar from a company called RECON goes under the tailgate on a pickup. Would be pretty cool cuz theres turn signals integrated as well. You could probably mount this on the top but it would look like an afterthought. If its going to look right it would have to be taken apart then placed in a custom housing.
It would also look cool mounted on the bottom of the trunk or molded in the rear spoiler. The trunk is ~ 47" across and the spoiler is about ~ 49" so you would have to find something shorter there (on my 7th gen).
