Default 3D Paint Effect? Jack Pot Flash Technique

I saw this in Lowrider Magazine thought I'd share. This '59 Impala was painted to give the design the appearance of engraving on bare metal or a 3D effect. This paint technique is called Jack Pot Flash and was developed in Japan. It is achieved thru a series of masking and paint applications. The surface is smooth and uniform in thickness.
