Mine is pretty straight forward... I have always been fascinated with the historical relevance of the "Templar Knights" later known as the "Knights of Christ", and when I first saw my White Monte it reminded me of their great white Stallions that would ride so Bravely & Powerfully into battle after battle...

My nickname has been Outlaw for many years for 3 reasons,
1. In my younger days i was actually an outlaw, thankfully i've outgrown my stupidity
2. My disagreement with many of the laws, rules, and regulations we have in the USA
3. My alltime favorite country music star Waylon Jennings the original Outlaw
and 3 and 5 are my lucky numbers, i wore #35 when i played baseball
Oh i also have the word OUTLAW tatooed on my right arm.

Yet another great thread by Dustin (AUGI)

I thought I posted an explanation for mine. But apparantly not.

I took it after the cartoon character. More specifically his attitude. I used to have the same quick temper as the cartoon character. So I used Taz on some forums I was a member of. My attitude has changed drastically. I don't have the quick temper anymore. But still use the name on forums since that's the name people know me as.

I'm kinda curious about people's signature pictures. I think it might be interesting to see the different signature pictures people have used.

If I knew this place was gonna consume a big part of my daily activity since I bought my Monte back in April 2009, I would have tried thinking up a differnet name that was a little more meaningful!

Chris, I can change it for you. If or when you decide what you'd prefer, just let me know. You don't have to though. Just throwing the idea out there.

(This thread has resurfaced : ) It's a great thread & I hope more member's post their reasons 4 their `sig's.
Thanks much `Chris, but I have to give the credit to my grandfather & his senior citizen friends who took their time, wisdom, money to raise the Beach Bums & me. They have made many sacrifices for us. We were all throw away kids for a multitude of reasons. We all consider ourselves very fortunate 4 really sure. They taught us respect, and not by just words, but by their actions. "They walked their `talk".
I've messed up many times, but I've been learning from my mistakes...I guess we have been taught the Old-School ways.... and that was nothing good is E.Z. and `if you want something in life, that one must work for it. (No free ride 4-Sure : )
Thank You for your kind words...I really appreciate.
Peace/Happiness 2 the reader of above....

p.s. Lou, Cowboy, Joe, member's, enjoyed your posts & reasons...Thanks `Dustin for another great thread : )
