I thought the GM Nationals were in Carlisle in June? I guess the Monte Nationals have their own thing? When is that and where is it specifically.

Well King Popcorn, there are some options. you could swing by Illinois on the way and borrow one of Cort's Monte's.

Or, you could just show up at ngiht with Monte badges on your car. I think they'd buy it.

Put 4th gen Badging on it. Tell people you got the ultra rare 1989 Monte Carlo station wagon.

As nterested as I am to go to that, it says toward the bottom of the page" must be a member of nmcoa to participate. Does this mean I must be a member to enter my own car or to even go? (I am not a member, can't afford the registration fee)

Not 100% on this. But I'm pretty sure you have to be a paid member to take part in the events and such.

I can also put in a Monte front end too so they can really fall for it.

Hmmmm......it just might work.

If i remember correctly ( mind you i'm 44 so my brain is gettin' old ), you have to be a paying member to be judged and get awards and stuff. I think you can pay your entrance fee and just hang out with everyone.


Cort would be the one to ask.
