Well since i figure that no local Monte owners want to leave their comfy chair or the PC ( or if they do come out, they are total jerks and act like total snobs to everyone ), to come out and hang out with people that will talk to a perfect stranger like if they knew them for years, I would post some highlight pics of what came out yesterday at Cars and Coffee.

There was a green Tesla there. I even have pics of a red one that came out a few weeks ago.

Its such a shame that there are ALWAYS at least 15 Mustangs and 10 Camaros there every weekend. Not to mention the 20+ Corvettes, the local Z, Mini Cooper, Audi and HotRod clubs. But as always NO MONTE CARLO people ( at least ones that wont treat other like the dirt under their feet).

Same here man. I know what you mean though. You and I have talked about that one jerk before. Screw `em man! He's a jerk. You go to meets to meet people and be social. Anyone who goes to a meet with the attitude like he's doing everyone a favor by being there and allowing everyone to bask in his presence, isn't worth your time. You're too good of a guy for people like that, JJ.

I've mentioned before about some local weekly meets here in (and around) Windsor. I usually try to make it to one held on Tuesdays at a local A&W / Home Depot parking lot. Lots of classic muscle cars and antique cars. I'm usually the only Monte there. But often there is a classic Olds Cutlass.

 

Yeah, a little to far from michigan for me. I have seen lots of stuff on this cars and coffee thing. I would go to this every week if there was one by me. I would not treat you like dirt either, JJ!

 

Sorry JJ, I don't have the cash to make the 2000+ mile trip.

We have a local meet here too. Only three people talk to me at the winter one, they are all pretty cool to hang with though. Everyone else acts like im not worth their time because I don't drive a japanese car, so naturally you can guess why I have a beef with imports.

Its alright though, you treat me as you want to be treated in my book. I can be a douche too.

JJ, I actuallyy do wish I could come out there. People here worth having a meet with only bring their cars out in the summer.

I think im gonna go to some local coffee shops and try setting one up just to see if I can get one started.

Nice cars! The Tesla's are insane. It's not quite a 2000 mile trip for me, but I have a wife and 4 kids that make it a little difficult to go to Vegas on a weekend. i.e. DIVORCE... I wish there was a better car culture around here. Maybe when I go to Leavenworth, Kansas there will be more car people. Have fun!
