I love where I live. No interest in moving anywhere else. Great weather, close to the beach/ coast line. Beautiful places to visit within driving distance all over. Good area for work (generally speaking).

Only thing that can bug me sometimes is traffic. At times its a bit much. But even that, I don't deal with tons of very often.

 

Even though the winters can be long and harsh sometimes, I do love Michigan. I like the Ann Arbor area and its proximity to Detroit; within an hour drive of downtown. Ann Arbor has a pretty good pedestrian feel and nightlife, especially with the UofM campus right smack in the middle of the city. Being right in the backyard of the world headquarters for each of the big three is pretty cool. We're also within reasonable distance to all of Northern Michigan which offers plenty of beautiful areas and vacation spots. Michigan will always be home.
