This video of TT veteran Bruce Anstey going about his business is just staggering. Anstey's record time came on his last lap, a late charge that moved him up to fourth in the Superbike race. Fourth.
Listen, I've had the rare pleasure of going around that track at speed. Everyone that races the TT is off their rocker. The walls. The shadows. The villages. The huge jump at Ballaugh. The speed wobbles coming out of the corners at a full chat. There is nothing about the Isle of Man that isn't dangerous when viewed from a motorcycle. Anstey might not have won, but based on the video and his incredible time, this guy deserves a trophy.

Who knew air management was this mesmerizing?
If you go over to the Corvette Stingray website, you'll find a little 2-second video that highlights the aero effects of the car's bodywork. It's hypnotic, and as one Road & Track staffer said, "I'm glad that C7 video isn't on a permanent loop, or I wouldn't be able to stop watching it."
That's exactly the sort of thing you shouldn't say in an editorial chat room full of car nerds, because making a permanent loop is the first thing we did:
General Motors We're still not bored with it. If you can tear your eyes away, you'll find 10 more little animations on the official Stingray page. We'll be here staring at this one as our coffee slowly cools.
