I would run away. No title and crazy low price is not good. maybe selling it cheap because he doesn't have the title, but this is too risky. Tell him you'll give him a grand over the asking price if he gets the title, and see what he comes back with.

 

Oddly enough I drove by the guys place earlier in the week and the car is gone, so I am thinking somebody bought it. I decided to pass on it regardless as he never got back to me when I questioned about the lack of ownership lol.

 

Hahaha maybe he got caught for trying to sell a stolen car.
