Hate to say it, but I do believe your going to miss your Monte Carlo VERSUS A 2010 CAMARO. I mean she looks awesome and all just not the best reviews versus the newer ones with all the improvments. But hey I bet it will still be fun. Hard to say what I would trade mine for, but if I absolutely had to or be shot at dawn perhaps a 2013 Camaro Z1 would be one of the Ultimate choices.........
The Most Technologically Advanced Camaro Ever
Welcome to the 2013 Camaro ZL1 — the highest-performing production Camaro of all time. It is literally like nothing you've ever driven before.
Tested on some of the most rigorous tracks around the world, including the Nürburgring, where it clocked in at 7:41.27, the ZL1 was built to be track capable right from the showroom. You’ll know what to expect when you hit the gas. And you won’t be disappointed.
But once you get over the rush of the all-aluminum 6.2L supercharged engine and its 580 horsepower and 556 lb.-ft. of torque, you’ll realize that this Camaro is about much more than raw power. The performance and precision continues with Magnetic Ride Control™, world-class braking and 4-wheel independent suspension you can’t get on a Mustang. This is the kind of vehicle that engineers dream about designing and car nuts dream about driving.

Hi Daniel,
We must do our best to get the ride that we can afford & that makes us happy.
I wish you the best with your new Camaro & I hope it makes you happy on your highways of life...We each have our own reasons for what we drive & what we dream about...
You had a beautiful Monte, but now you have a beautiful Chevy Camaro ~> enJoy...Keep us updated & good luck

Hey some guys might trade their wifey....
I thought about trading my Monte back in december, truth be told. I am looking at possibly buying a new V6 Mustang at the end of the year and sell the Monte myself. I am going at 6 years this March.... I have driven it about 54,000 of its 134,000 miles. It seems like it is one thing after another. Water pump, coolant elbows, wheel hub assemblies, floor flooded due to cowl vent seal, lights in teh dash burning out, passenger window switch on the drivers side only works going one way..........
I restore cars and yet the Monte is getting annoying.... but at the end of hte day, it's just a 200 hp FWD engine car.....

X2 on what Ashley said. My monte is so much more comfortable than any other cars that I have driven, and it has kind of grown on me. There are a lot of dream cars that I would love to own, but that aren't very practical for me to have at this point in my life.

I don't think I could do it. The majority of you know I had a yellow 03 Monte Carlo SS prior to the 06 SS I currently have. While I had the 03 I always told myself if the opportunity came up to buy another I'd get a black one. More specifically, because of the picture below, a black 06+ SS. Ever since 2006 I thought the "new" Monte looked so BA, especially in black, and I wanted one exactly like in the picture. Well, unfortunately in 2010 my 03 did get totaled but the opportunity arose to get THAT car. I came across the black 06 Monte Carlo SS that I have now and I love it. I'm pretty content with this car.

No I don't think I could do it, if I did it would be to get a monte carlo with less miles. But for all I know I could be getting rid of a good car and getting one with a ton of problems. I honestly wish I could have owned this car from when it was new.
