Question > Will you last as long as your Monte Carlo ?

Hi Member's,
I had to do some web research for one of my senior citizen friends & found the below...I thought I would share with my Monte Carlo Family...I think everyone's health should be a #1 priority...

Make a early new year's resolution now, to get/keep in shape...Each Day is a New Day of your Life 4-Sure !!!!

I've met to many on my journey of life living in Florida that would give all their worldly possessions/wealth for good health...I hope the below helps someone or makes them think about their health? ?... "If you don't take good care of yourself, who will ?" Each new day is a day closer to your human `End ? Get a tune `up now, so that you can go further on your journey of `life...WoW

I like to think I'm in great shape. Diabetes and such runs in my family, so I eat as healthy as I can.

I also go to the gym 3-days a week

I hope I last a lot longer than my Monte. I would think most people would want to last longer also. I do need to lose a couple pounds (or thirty) however.

Hi (Taz) `Lou,
Many rides last over a human lifetime if they are maintained and taken care of during their `journey of their auto-life, & it's the same way with human beings...
Below is a 1920 Chevrolet (model 490 Touring) as an example

I hope this thread inspires some,`all to think about taking good care of themselves, so that they can have a long & happy journey of `life

Talking about `it is the easy part , acting it out is what is more difficult and takes dedication & discipline...

Take Good Care of YourSelf EveryBody 4-Sure...EnJoy your Journey in Life & in your Monte Carlo

After losing a sister at 62 and a brother at 60 in the last 6 months one never knows.

Thanks `Joe for your post, but it's sad to lose two family member's at a young age . Being raised by senior citizens that's a young age to depart life to another level.

I've observed that the seniors that departed from my life early did not take care of themselves during their journey of human life and were in their late 50's to 60's, but the ones that exercised and watched their diets are still around in their 70's/80's & 90's...(Thanks 2 the creator of `all )...

I was raised that everyday I get is another day closer to my `end and learning that I do my best to extract the most from everyday I am given 4-Sure...The older I become the more I realize that for me it's better to live like I know that I am dying...(Kinda like that country song)...

Did you sister & brother die from a similar illness ? It's always difficult to lose a family member, no matter what age, but it is a reality to `all in human life...Many don't like to think about `it, but I do everyday to remind myself to live/love & enjoy every day/moment 4-Real...I also hope my words inspires others to extract the most from their lives..

Wish you and member's a super long happy life...Take control and be the driver of it...
Peace/Love/Happiness to `all,

(My time 2 recharge)
Peace/Out
