lol no offense but that thing is a BIG fad lmao. I dont do the p90x but i do go to the gym. The p90x is a great workout and works cuz its so much at once but i focus on sertain body parts because others are fine for the time being if you know what i mean ( shoulders/ back are ok but need chest/abs, stuff like that)

Hi Becky, Great to see you online...Wish you good luck and dedication to your work`out program.

My work out is riding my bike/skateboard to work...Walking several miles a night in the warehouse, and lifting heavy boxes : ) Running/Walk'in the Beach/Surfboarding/swim'in/beach volley ball
and martial arts with the BeachBum's...(we were taught by my grandfather, his senior citizens friends(one was a green beret, and the other a retired Navy Seal)...They are now in their late 70's and still can/would kick our `butt's 4-Sure: )
Diet: Eat lots of veggie's & fruits, lots of sea food : ) not much meat.....Lots of MILK : )
Not to much `junk FOOD, but I love `it : ) Oh, I consume lots of peanut butter 4-Sure : )

Good Luck `Becky, keep us updated on how your workouts program is for you.....

Wish you & readers a `Happy

Kristo, I understand and I thought "fad" too but I personally know too many people that were into working out, gyms rats if you will, that have had amazing results with it that they weren't getting before. The nutrition guide, and following it, has a LOT to do wth it too. There's also an amazing online support group (forum) to keep those of us less inclined to stay motivated.

p90x is very hard, and you'll need a good amount of things to do it properly.

But it does work very well. I also used to go to the gym while doing the p90x just to get a few more exercises in on the targeted area.

Good luck

I just do my own thing in my kitchen

Have some free weights, the iron gym thing (pull ups & push ups) and a bench...

I just lift until my arms are about to fall off ;D

i do the same thing lol but the p90x kinda isnt my thing. to many people did it at my college and they bragged out the butt that they were cool and what not ( all guy tech school) so i just dont bother with it. some of the exercises are really intense i wont lie i did try one or 2 but im old fashion and like lifting
