We had our power knocked out sunday by the high winds. A lot of areas did.

I heard on the radio yesterday the electric company was planning on bringing in 600 extra workers from out of state to help restore power to homes and businesses.

There's an old elememtary school not far from me that the Japanese bought to teach their kids a couple years ago. (wonder if we could open a U.S. school on japanese soil to teach our kids in over there?)

Anyways, yesterday I was coming home from work. I drove past the front of the school. I happened to notice the was a Mopar mini-van setting in front. It had a step ladder on the roof -OPEN- with a guy on the ladder cutting branches out of the tree .............WITH A CHAIN SAW.

It's not the complete stupidity of a guy on a ladder on top of a mini-van. But he's cutting tree branches with a chain saw.

I had to pull over to make sure what I was looking at was real.

Hope the guy was okay.

 

I should have used my cell phone and taken a picture, but I didn't.

The people I told at work today couldn't believe this either.

One slip and this guy would have been eating the chain saw.
