Actually the camera itself, I worked my butt off for (plus I was able to take it off on taxes for the shop ). The new toy for it was relatively inexpensive compared to what a macro lense would cost ($40 vs $500). Now that I can take super close-ups maybe I can post a pic (after it gets a bath and it's raining now) of something maybe someone can help me with. Maybe next week I can get that done.

Hopefully, hubby's ticket will never be seen by the insurance company. My son said earlier that he'd probably try to get ME to take it online for him. I laughed and said "I don't think so, I'm not the one that got it".

Hi Becky,
Thats a super price for the lense.
I am learning that when you work your butt off for somthing in life
we seem to appreciate the item more.
Sure hope you did not have to work it all off. LOL
Make your Hot Rod Husband do that....LOL
I find it better to laugh in life, then cry.

It's just a filter that goes on the lense.

How many were crammed into that van? LOL But that is about right.

Very nice lens. Should come in very handy. On a side note, with 8200+ posts, you seem to be the SpaceRider of taxidermy.net

Ooops, I've been busted for all my online time, LOL. Not all of my posts show there, that forum is the new formatthat's only been up a few years. I was on the old one before they upgraded since about '02, but they didn't keep a post count then, probably a good thing But I'm going to try to stay away from the top ten here, I'm very afraid of that curse.

Space, I don't do pets, people, or aliens, LOL, sorry.
