Right now at 3;33 am its 47 here in Minn. But I guess the bottom falls out next week. With highs only in the 40's. And lows in the 20's & 30's. Damn I hate to see whats coming so soon. I can handle the cold. But that white crap that comes with it. is what bugs the hell out of me. uess I better get the snow blower out of the shed and bring it in the garage. rather be safe then sorry.

man sorry about the cold weather up there in the north! i lived in michigan for 16 years so i know what thats all about. i hate the cold and the snow. of course i had to shovel my drive way. we never had a snow blower(crazy right?). which made me hate it even more. but its pretty nice here in florida today. i took the harley out for a ride around the lakes near by, no jackets or coats. but i think i saw on the news a cold front is comming through soon.. which is depressing.

I know what you mean! It's rained all damn summer and lately we've been getting the high winds. I've even had a couple big ones moving the car around on the highway.
Around early November is when I batten down the hatches for Winter. I get the Monte heavily waxed, put the lawn mower, bikes and all the stuff on the back patio into the shed and bring out the snow thrower. Have to electric start it and let it run to make sure she's ready for the oh so fun part that comes next
I'm glad I'm not working in Cleveland anymore, though. We get clipped really bad thanks to the lake effect snow. I live in a secondary snow belt, so it's still pretty heavy.
^^ That was late November last year.
