i like that truck you've got, one of my buddie's has a bright red '99 2500 sport 4x4 that's a 360, looks like a clone to your truck. with the issues your truck is starting to have though i think it might be a good time to trade up into something newer.

Ohh don't get me wrong I love the truck and its a great looking truck, but the issues dont seem too bad but at the same time I'd hate to dump the money I've been saving for a new truck into it knowing I'm just going to trade it off in the long run for a truck, the woman says I should keep the money I have saved (only a 1000 bucks) and trade my truck straight for the grand prix and cut my gas cossts in half or more and be able to save up more money and evetually get a good truck.

Well I called the dealer and told him I wanted to take a look at it he told me it has custom rims (already knew lol), a new battery and they fixed something or something with something like nuetral shift switch i think idk he said it was being a pain and couldnt get it into park or something idk they fixed it he said. Told him I couldnt afford the truck and that I needed to focus on MPGs and he said **** yes I'll work with ya on it just make sure ya like it so going to see it tomorrow so fingers crossed!!!

Why don't you go buy an old beater civic that gets 40+mpg and costs $1500. Then keep the truck and you can have both?

Oh by the way, no way in hell is a Grand prix, that isn't loaded, and isn't a GTP, worth over $2,000. That's just my opinion.

Noted lol but premium gas around here is hard to come by and I already have a supercharged, I'm not looking to mod this car its just simply for gas mileage and so the girlfriend can drive places without spending $40 to $50 in gas to put back in what she used, honestly I dont think I'd ever be caught dead in a civic and as I said before I'd have 3 vehicles then ones in a storage shed right now so if I had 3 the truck would take up a space at the house apartment ( i live on the 2nd floor part), my roomates chevy 1500 would take up a spot my roomates gfs tarus would take up a spot and the downstairs neighbors take the other two so parking anothe car would be a pain not to mention when I take out the monte it'll be parked at my parents house until i find a home with a garage for rent/sale and they really have no room either. He has a GTP for sale with about the same mileage the GTP has about 150 more I'd say and its a four door (boo) and its ugly brown with cream leather interior, it looks good but hes asking 8k i think closer to 9k for it and for the same miles and just adding supercharged and leather I'll stick with a straight trade, not trying ot be rude just saying I have to go with what I can afford right now and I like the car, going to test drive it tomorrow

Plus me and $1500 dollar cars just don't mix well lol my Cavalier blew the heads, my 93 gp door handles broke and tranny went out, my 97 intrepid leaked a lot of oil, and a guy tried trading me a 89 civic hatchback for the intrepid and we were about ready to sign over titles and make a deal when i said i got a lot more ?s, I asked him does it burn or leak oil and he said well if u go up any type of incline you have to pull over right away and ad two quarts of oil it does burn that :O I was like uhh no way lol
