Beer batter alaskan cod and home made french fries cooked in virgin olive oil with asparagus on the side. Mmmmm good!

Ok my wife is Spanish. She made one of my favorites. Its a yellow rice with all ( spelling) Celonro, salt, pepper cubed potato's & other spices added And drumsticks added then cook for about an hr. OMG! I always make a pig out of my self. The rice isn't dry its kind of moist and the chicken falls off the bone tender Then we had butter pecan ice cream afterwards. mmmmmmmmmmmm!

Hey Mike what you had for dinner sounds good also. I love Asparagus cooked with butter on it, also Cod is 1 of my fav's too. I'll ask her for it and send it to you

Amy. The Mac & chesse wasn't out of the box was it ?:p We had the baked Pork Chops on Sunday with cole slaw and and baked potato. MMMMMMM

I had a Freschetta " Simply Inspired " Pizza and ice tea. The pizza was baked on a pizza stone. Very good.
